Organized on October 13, 1884, Children's Service Society is the oldest non-denominational nonprofit child and family support agency in Utah. The mission was "To provide "relief to destitute children and to obtain such temporary and permanent homes as may be practical." Services have evolved to meet society's changing needs.Today, the purpose of Children's Service Society is to prevent child abuse and neglect by promoting safe, stable, nurturing relationships and learning environments where children can develop to their full potential.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Grandfamilies Kinship Care is the only service in Utah that offers comprehensive services for families parenting the children of relatives. Home Visitation services are provided by Parents as Teachers and Welcome Baby.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
The agency has one location, although services are offered for residents throughout Utah.

The office is open Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and closed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
